Photos:  Want to see your dog featured in our Photo Gallery?  Send us a photo of your dog playing with one of our toys and we will send a FREE TOY to any dogs we feature on our Gallery page.  Send your photo to: admin@softtoys4dogs.co.uk

Events:  We regularly attend craft fairs and animal fundraising events in our local area.  If you are running an event and would like Soft Toys 4 Dogs to have a stall please contact us at: admin@softtoys4dogs.co.uk

Returns/Refunds/Complaints:  Our only goal is the happiness of our customers and their dogs, so our policy is simple and straightforward:  If you are not happy with any item from Soft Toys 4 Dogs, just contact us within 14 days of purchase to tell us why, so that we can find a solution that suits you.  We will be happy to discuss a refund or replacement.  (For hygiene reasons, we don't usually request or accept returns of dog toys, once used.)
